Who we are

Evotis is a Paris-based startup focused on bringing the amazing powers of Generative AI to businesses.

AI has made a lot of progress in the past decade with the advent of deep learning. Now the new possibilities brought by Generative AI bring a completely new dimension. So we wanted to put GenAI to work for businesses, solving real problems, easing real pain points and creating real value.

What we do: AI Frontier Agents

Contrary to some AI companies which focus on chatbots and RAGs (retrieval augmented generation), we explore mode advanced use cases. We came up with new kinds of solutions when we bootstrapped our company: we met clients, we discovered their business, their problems, how they worked… and we saw new ways we could help them with AI.

We have now started building our own platform of AI Frontier Agents to solve these issues based on 4 fondamental functions:

  1. Think
  2. Read
  3. Learn
  4. Produce

Our GenAI platform hasn’t launched yet, so it’s not presented in details on our website, but you’ll hear about it if we book an interview.

Who you are

Obviously, you are passionate about AI

You’ve been playing around with different generations and sizes of models. You’re acquainted with LLMs, Image generators, and Vision models. You have witnessed the power of multi-modality that has been emerging in the latest generations of models and you have insights into all we could do with that tech.

You have witnessed the limits of current tech, yet you see opportunities to push them back. You understand there are still many advances to come: whether you expect AGI to take decades or pop up around the next corner, you’re excited to work with the current AI frontier, consistently pushing the envelope further at every step.

You are an explorer

You have read or tested or contributed to all the concepts, tools and best practices of GenAI: from Prompt engineering to Fine Tuning, from RAG to function calling to agents… As of today, it's understood that nobody has 10 years of experience in that field. Furthermore, it’s perfectly fine for us if you’ve never had an actual job in AI, provided you have explored GenAI on your own. You’re ready to dive into discussions about what works, how and when to use various tools, and contribute significantly to those conversations.

You are well aware that what we’ve seen and what’s been done with AI is not the end of the story, far from it. Even if progress halted, current AI models could keep you busy for years before you fully leverage their potential. So you’re ready to break new ground, always exploring further, pushing the frontier, enjoying the journey and rejoicing in each new milestone.

You are resourceful

You are a doer. When you don’t know how to do something, you persevere. When something is impossible, you find a way. Your mottos are Solutions and Workarounds. You don’t give up easily, yet you know when to stop, track back and regroup.

You love to learn

You can gracefully admit when you’re wrong: you say oops and you update. You make deliberate efforts to keep your biases in check. You notice when you’re confused and you react rationally.

You know firsthand that AI is your ally in designing, coding, testing, problem solving: it’s your pair programmer, your friendly expert and magic mirror, so you know when to trust it and when to check.

You are an innovator and you deliver

Your mind continually churns out new ideas, experiments, and innovations: some are practical, some are visionary, some are immediate, some are futuristic…

You don’t expect to be told what to do and how to do it in detail. You have the can do attitude but it’s not just an attitude, it’s your reliable ability to make things happen, to make stuff work, to fix, to build and to deliver.
